Estimated costs per cottage/per year are about 75 000 SEK. This includes all costs for maintenance, personnel, overhead costs, as well as all costs mentioned in the overview “how big are monthly costs“. Of these costs, the cottage owner is allocated SEK 24 000. All other costs are paid by the LCS.

Again correcting this amount of 24 000 SEK by 2% inflation/year, the total cost to the owner for the period 2024 – 2033 is 262 790 SEK.

When correcting this amount of 24 000 SEK by 2% inflation/year, the total cost to the owner for the period 2024 – 2043 is 583 130 SEK.
