Estimated costs per cottage/per year are about 75 000 SEK. This includes all costs for maintenance, personnel, overhead costs, as well as all costs mentioned in the overview “how big are monthly costs“. Of these costs, the cottage owner is allocated SEK 24 000. All other costs are paid by the LCS.

When again correcting this amount of 24 000 SEK with 2% inflation/year, the total cost is 262 790 SEK for the owner in the period 2024 – 2033.

When again correcting this amount of 24 000 sek with 2% inflation/year, the total cost to the owner is 583 130 sek for the period 2024 – 2043.
