There are no additional fees on top of the purchase price. The cottage is sold as is.
The annual fee is SEK 29,730 and covers all operating costs, including electricity, water, sewage, WiFi, landscaping and waste management. The fee is not paid directly by the cottage owner, but is regulated via the cottage’s rental income. If the rental income does not cover the full annual fee, the campsite pays the difference.
