THE LAKE PROJECT

Model cottage S13 has undergone an extensive renovation on the outside:

1. We have removed the old eternit roof and replaced it with a metal roof. At the same time, we have added insulation under the new roof.

2. We have renovated the outside of the cottage by additionally insulating the walls and bolted up with a new exterior facade that gives the cottage a whole new look.

3. We have replaced all windows and entrance door with new insulated aluminum windows and door, and even build a large terrace door that gives direct access to the terrace.

4. We have built a large terrace that goes around the entire cottage, which gives the cottage a large outdoor area, where you can spend many wonderful moments, with a wonderful view of the lake and where you can experience nature at its best.

5. We have also installed a heat pump.

You can read more about these different outdoor renovations under the document Renovation modules. When you would like to make all the above investments, the costs will be about 550 000 – 600 000 SEK. You may choose yourself if you want to make this investment or not.

As you can see in the overview “Costs, Rental Income & ROI”, this investment will pay for itself through higher rental income, more rental days and ultimately also through a higher (sales) value of the cottage.
