How to use the shower?
To use the shower, you must scan your Camping Card inside the shower area.
A scan gives you 4 minutes of hot water and costs €10.
You can load your card at our machine outside the service building or at the reception.
Can children use the sauna?
The sauna is intended for adults, but minors may use it when accompanied by an adult.
Please note that it is strictly forbidden to use any kind of recording equipment in service buildings, shower rooms or saunas.
Violations of this can be reported to the police.
Do I need to book the sauna in advance?
Yes, there is a booking list outside the sauna, and it is first come first served.
It costs SEK 70 to activate the sauna for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Give the sauna at least 15 minutes to warm up before using it.
Can I use my own detergent?
Yes, you are welcome to use your own detergent in the laundry room.
If you don’t have anything with you, you can buy washing tablets at the reception.
What is in the laundry room?
In the laundry room you have access to two washing machines and a dryer.
How do we get access to the laundry room?
You can book the laundry room at the reception during its opening hours.
You can only book when the reception is open, but you are welcome to use the laundry room even after closing. You will then receive a key to unlock the door.
– The price is 100 SEK for 2 hours, and 50 SEK per additional hour.
– You must indicate your preferred time at the time of booking.
– No refund will be given if you return earlier, as your reservation blocks the time of other guests.
– Lost keys will be charged at SEK 550.
What are the opening hours of the sauna?
The sauna is located in the service building, which is open around the clock.
However, we kindly ask you to use the sauna only between 07:00 and 22:00 in consideration of other guests.
Are detergents (powder or tablets) available in the laundry room?
No, detergents (powder or tablets) are not included.
You need to bring your own or you can buy at the reception if you need to.
Does the shower time stop when I turn off the water?
No, the shower time does not pause when you turn off the water.
You have a total of 4 minutes, and the time counts down even if the water is turned off. When the time is up, the shower automatically shuts off.
How many people can be in the sauna at the same time?
A maximum of 6 people can be in the sauna at the same time.
