You can find up-to-date information on the fire ban at the reception desk, on the notice boards at the service building and reception, and on the home page of our website.
We have a basic range of common first aid products that you can get for free at the reception. They are intended to take care of minor injuries that do not require the care of a nurse or doctor. All products are non-prescription.
We do not give out painkillers or other medicines.
For medical needs, contact your nearest pharmacy or local health center.
In emergency situations – always call 112.
In case of emergency, call 112 – the EU’s single emergency number for ambulance, fire and police services.
Do not go or call the reception if you see or experience an emergency.
You should always call 112 immediately, and then, if possible, inform the reception.
We all have a shared responsibility to call 112 when we believe a situation is life-threatening.
