FAQ – CAMPING CARD

How does the camping card work?

Your camping card is used to:

-🚪 Open the barrier at the entrance and doors to the service building

-🚿 Use of shower, dishwasher and sauna (requires balance on card)

How to load money onto the card:

-💳 Easiest via the charging station located next to the kitchen entrance – where you can charge around the clock with Swish or credit card

-🧾 You can also, if necessary, load the card at the reception

How to check your balance:

– The balance is displayed on balance terminals in the service building (on both the women’s and men’s side) and at the charging station by the kitchen

Do we have to return the camping cards on departure?

Yes, the camping cards must be returned when you check out.
Leave the card at reception or at the check-out desk if reception is closed.

The card must not be kept as a souvenir – we reuse them for future guests.

Do I need a camping card when I stay in a cabin?

Yes, if you are staying in a standard cabin in North Village, in F09 or in cabins C01-C04, you need a camping card to use the service building (with showers, kitchen, sinks, toilets and sauna).
You will also need a card if you are staying in the South Village, to open the entrance gate and use the service building if your cottage does not have its own shower.

❗ Exception: If you are staying in a premium cabin in North Village or in F01-F08, F10 or F12, you do not need a public access card.
However – a camping card is always required to use the sauna. If you don’t have a card, you can ask for one at reception.

What happens if I lose my camping card?

If you lose your camping card, you can pick up a new one at reception.
Please note that any remaining balance on the lost card will not be refunded.

Can I get a refund for money left on my camping card?

No, money left on the camping card is not refundable.

However, you are welcome to use what is left at the reception upon check-out.

Please note that the camping card cannot be used as a means of payment in the shop, as we want you to be able to check out even if the reception is closed.

To avoid overcharging, we recommend that you only top up with smaller amounts at a time, or use the vending machine at the large service building just before showering.
