We have fishing opportunities for everyone, from recreational fishing to sport and fly fishing and everything in between. Fishing is a wonderful and relaxing activity and many of our guests come just to relax by fishing in Långasjön, Kroksjöarna and Mörrumsån. We sell a limited range for beginners and more experienced anglers.

Fishing courses at Långasjö Camping (booking via Camping)

The season for workshops with Pexfishing in Långasjö is closed for the 2024 season. New dates will be announced in February 2025 for season 2025.

Welcome to a fishing course for both beginners and the slightly more advanced anglers in Långasjö, Blekinge. Experience your first success! The course includes both practical explanations, useful tips and tricks and practicing your newly learned skills for a few hours in Lake Långa. Take this chance to experience without having to buy your own fishing gear!

Fishing is mostly done from the boat.
The price includes about 8 hours of fishing pass and fishing license to the lake. Extra fishing rods and life jackets are available for loan.
During the day, you will receive all the trainings:
- fishing technique – vertical fishing and the drop
- Bottom structure and baitfish – a major factor in fish location and its importance to vertical fishing/dropping
- fishing ethics – spawning periods, C&R and C&T of fish
- the sonar course – using the sonar for vertical and drop fishing techniques
- tips on fishing equipment for vertical/drop technique
- important clothing and safety on the boat
During the fishing trip there is a good chance of catching pike and zander, but also a large abalone may surprise us as an extra by-catch.

PIKE – PERCH – PIKEPERCH – MINNOW – BREAM – TENCH – ETC.

For those who don’t fish often – or at all – but still enjoy getting out, perhaps with their children, and having a bit of fun with a rod and bait, simply buy a cheap rod from the kiosk and sit at the water’s edge to see if any perch or roach bite. Simply a lovely and relaxing family activity when you’re on vacation.

Of course, you can fish more seriously in Lake Lunga too. There are large pike, perch and even pike-perch. You may want to rent a boat to increase the chances of catching a real nice and big fish. We have a total of 8 boats for rent in Långasjön. We also have some electric motors which can be rented. Gasoline outboard motors are not allowed on Lake Långasjön, because the water in lake Långasjön is the municipality’s drinking water. Would you like a depth map? Simply ask for this in the reception.

To fish in Lake Långasjön, you need a fishing license which can be purchased at the reception. Children under 16 fish for free. From the age of 16, a fishing licence is required. It is not allowed to have more than one fishing rod/casting rod only one per person.

FISHING IN KROKSJÖARNA LAKES (RAINBOW TROUT, PERCH, PIKE, ETC.

Fishing for rainbow trout in one of our three enchanting Kroksjöar lakes is one of the most popular ways to fish here in Blekinge. Here, 1300 kg of rainbow trout are implanted each season, in different batches between April and September, and in sizes between 800 grams and 6 kilos. Fishing in our Kroksjöarna lakes is a lovely relaxing activity, in the middle of nature reserve Långasjönäs. The calming nature and serenity are healing for the soul and many of our guests look forward to come to us for a weekend or week of fishing, many of them every year, or even several times a year.

You can fish from shore whenever you want. There are a lot of docks in each lake that you can use. But most people rent a boat to get across the lake a bit easier and find the best spots. We have boats in Kroksjöarna that can be rented for a small fee. You can also rent an electric motor to make it even easier to get around on the lake.

Petrol/diesel engines are absolutely forbidden! It is also not permitted to bring your own boat. Only our boats are allowed.

FISHING FOR THE FAMILY

Mörrumsån is the place to be for the serious fisherman, but also for families with children Mörrumsån offers great opportunities to fish along the river. Simply a fantastic and fun family activity that we can really recommend. You can rent fishing rods directly at the reception in Mörrum, and buy a family fishing card. You can also get help to get started with your fishing.

EXPERIENCE THE MÖRRUM RIVER WITHOUT FISHING YOURSELF

In Laxenshus is the center for angling in the Mörrum River. Here you will find the main office, shop and an exhibition about the life of the salmon and the history of fishing. There is also a salmon breeding farm. Even when not fishing yourself, this area is a wonderful place to be. There is also the Kronolaxen restaurant where you can enjoy some delicious food while overlooking Mörrum’s flowing water. There is also an aquarium. Here you can meet the great salmon without having to fight him in Mörrum’s streaming water, and discover the history that has made the Mörrum River a paradise for fishing enthusiasts around the world.

Mörrumsån is a challenging fishing water, the river varies greatly in its structure and the usual locations where 80% of all fish are caught in each pool can change with the water flow and water temperature. Mörrum’s Salmon fishing guides are happy to share their good local knowledge, experience and knowledge regarding the choice of fishing spot, technique, strategy and equipment – all so that you too can have the chance to catch your dream fish.
