There are no additional fees on top of the purchase price. The cottage is sold in its existing condition.
The annual fee amounts to SEK 29730 and includes all operating costs such as electricity, water, sewage, WiFi, landscaping and waste management. The annual fee is not paid directly by the cottage owner, but is instead deducted from the cottage’s rental income. If the rental income is not sufficient to cover the annual fee, the campsite pays the difference.

Future electricity connection
