Owning a cottage in Långasjönäs is not only about leisure, but also about earning passive income through renting. Here’s everything you need to know about how rental income works:
Basic principle: We rent – you get a share of the revenue
When you don’t use the cottage yourself, we rent it out to guests via our booking platform.
You get 50-65% of the revenue, depending on the standard of the cottage.
How to increase your share?
To qualify for a higher share, you need to upgrade the cabin. Example:

For 55%: new windows/doors, better insulation, large terrace, premium garden furniture

For 60%: also new kitchen, bathroom, furniture, TV, better floor plan

For 65%: new construction according to our approved plan
How many days can you use the cabin yourself?

Up to 60 days/year, including 21 days in high season (June-August)
