Thanks to the fact that we can rent out your cottage, you will receive extra rental income. This income is 50% of all rental income and will even increase to 60% rental income when you decide \u2013 and have completed \u2013 a renovation of your cottage. In the case of building new, you receive an even larger share of the rental income, namely 65%<\/h3>\n<h3>This one condition where you allow us to rent out your cottage, has many benefits:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>It allows us to sell our cottages for a lower price than we would otherwise sell them for.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>You receive 50%, 60% or 65% of the rental income.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>You only pay a fraction of the costs for water, electricity, sewage, and many other costs (see our overview \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/langasjonas.com\/en\/how-big-are-the-monthly-costs\/\">What do you pay in monthly costs?<\/a>\u201d).<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>We see it as a win-win situation. At the same time, we meet the requirements which Karlshamns Municipality has stated in its destination plan for our facility, which states that the cottages need to be available for rent by tourists and others who seek temporary accommodation.<\/h3>\n<h3>It is therefore a smart, simple, and financially beneficial way to own a lakeside cottage with access to everything that L\u00e5ngasj\u00f6n\u00e4s has to offer. Access to beautiful nature and a nice view of the lake, you get all this for free. Buying your own cottage simply means that you can really enjoy a vacation or weekend, because mowing the lawn, maintaining green areas, etc. is the facility\u2019s responsibility. This is nothing you need to think about. Vacation will simply be vacation.<\/h3>\n<h3>And to make it even more fun and profitable, you may use all our activities for free! This means you can use all our boats, canoes, kayaks and paddleboards, completely free! You can even play our Lakeside Minigolf Course as much as you want, also completely free!
