A warm welcome to The Lake Cottage at L\u00e5ngasj\u00f6n\u00e4s Camping. Our little cottage is located next to the reception, right by the water and the boat dock. Here you can book a deep cleansing facial, a relaxing breathing massage or a beneficial red light therapy.<\/p>\n

\"AndullationAndullation massage is a fantastic experience and very good if you suffer from back pain, fibromyalgia, sleep problems or stress. You lie on an andullation bed with comfortable clothing that combines vibrations with infrared heat, which increases well-being and relaxation while triggering many beneficial processes in both muscles and internal organs.<\/p>\n

Andullation works on different levels: both physical and mental. The technology does not target a specific organ or organ system, but positively affects the essential body functions. Andullation is very effective in reducing symptoms and allows the person to regain quality of life. There is no hardness or pressure that some people find painful in some massage chairs or armchairs. On the andullation system, you lie comfortably on your back. The supine position gives you greater relaxation as your spine does not have to support your body weight. With the legs raised, blood circulation is promoted and proper lymphatic drainage is obtained during an andullation session. With this position, you are completely relaxed and avoid unnecessary muscle tension, which increases the effectiveness of the treatment: the higher the relaxation, the greater the impact of the treatment.<\/p>\n

Please note: If you are suffering from a fever, acute inflammation, cancer (you must be cleared and fully treated if you book andullation) or if you are suspected of having a blood clot\/thrombosis, do not book andullation. The same applies during pregnancy or if you are wearing an artificial pacemaker. If you have taken a vaccine, we recommend that you book your appointment no earlier than 2 weeks afterwards.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\"RedRed light therapy involves treating the body with red light and near-infrared light. To carry out the treatment, we use a larger red light panel. It is recommended that you wear as little clothing as possible. If you feel uncomfortable with it, you can wear thin white clothing. You should expect that the effect will not be as great as without clothing. We have a small separate room where you stand alone. After the treatment, some heat generation may be experienced due to near-infrared light, but the treatment itself is considered non-heat generating. It is recommended to conduct several sessions to achieve the best effect.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
