We think “The Lake Project” suits everyone! You don’t need a big wallet to be able to buy one of our cottages. You can even choose between two different ways to buy a cottage:

The first possibility is that you pay our fixed 100% price, and you will then receive rental income from day one. Or you pay our 50% price, which means you only pay half the price, and the other half is then paid through your future rental income.

We offer this 50% option so that more people can afford to buy a cottage. For us to get this other 50% back, we keep the rental income for the first 48 months, which will basically act as a kind of interest-free amortization of the other 50% of the purchase price. The big advantage is that you don’t have to invest as much money from the beginning and for many buyers this means that no loan is needed (with high interest), but instead you pay back the other 50% with your future rental income over 48 months, without any interest! After 48 months, you will start receiving your 50% of the rental income, or even 60%, depending on how much you have renovated your cottage.

Some buyers still prefer the original 100% payment which entitles them to rental income from the first month onwards. This is also possible. You simply get to choose which method of purchase suits you best.

The Lake Project is simply a unique project, where the cottages are sold on favorable terms, which makes it possible that basically everyone can afford to buy a summer cottage in Långasjönäs.

“The Lake Project” is for everyone who dreams of owning their own cottage in one of Blekinge’s most beautiful places, for those who like peace and quiet, as well as nature, nice hiking trails, a nice swimming beach, beautiful view of the lake, and those who dream of catching a big pike or salmon. Also, for those who like to be close to the archipelago with all their archipelago boats, or those who like to play golf on one of the many fine golf courses in the region.

But maybe you just want to be and enjoy the silence and relax by spending time in your own cottage. Just sitting on your terrace and listening to the birds and taking in the tranquil view of the lake. Completely fabulous and calming. Just the way you want it to be when you are on holiday or when you want to relax for a few days in fantastically beautiful surroundings.
